Naylor, LLC has sold their Exchange Events to THM Media. Naylor Exchange Events is the leading hosted buyer event organization for the multi-family and single-family construction marketplace. There are six events annually, three that support multi-family and three that support single family markets. The events provide complete marketing solutions to building industry suppliers by attracting qualified builders, architects, general contractors, remodelers, custom builders and developers. Colorado Garden Show, Inc. has sold Colorado Garden & Home Show to Marketplace Events. The event was launched in 1959 and is held each spring and fall at the Colorado Convention Center. The spring Colorado Garden & Home Show is in its 67th year. This event has over 1,000 exhibit booth units with 500 exhibiting companies. This 9-day event attracts tens of thousands of attendees looking to buy products and services for their home. Attendees find inspiration from the latest ideas and trends in landscaping, gardening and home improvement. The event also displays over one acre of professionally landscaped gardens.

EventEvolution Media has sold PARCEL Forum to CloserStill Media. Founded in 2003, PARCEL Forum is a 3-day conference and exposition that is dedicated to serving the needs of small-package fulfilment and related supply chain industry. The event rotates locations annually between major U.S. cities. This year’s edition will take place in Chicago at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel in September 8-10, boasting a sold-out exhibit floor featuring 135 industry-leading companies. It is expected to attract over 2,000 small-package supply chain professionals from around the country.

Trifecta Collective has acquired Canadian Concrete Expo from 20/20 Show Productions. Canadian Concrete Expo is the leading event in Canada serving the concrete, construction and aggregates industries. The 7th annual event was held February 12-13, 2025, at the International Centre in Toronto and featured over 350 exhibiting companies, over 7,000 attendees and more than 120,000 net square feet of exhibit space.

BridgeTower Media has acquired Furniture, Lighting & Décor magazine from the Scranton Gillette Communications. The brand includes a glossy monthly magazine, a responsive, customizable website, weekly e-newsletters, social media and video. It covers lighting and fans as well as home decor categories including: mirrors, pillows, wall decor, furniture, rugs, tabletop and more. It is sent to over 40,000 purchase influencers in print and digitally each month.

Endeavor Business Media has acquired 14 Events, 7 Publications and Digital Products Portfolio from Scranton Gillette Communications in the Residential Construction Industry. This is another strategic acquisition for Endeavor Business Media that further strengthens their current construction portfolio. The main publication titles are: Professional Builder, Pro Remodeler and Building Design & Construction. The events include 4 hosted buyer events under the ProConnect brand. The addition of these events, publications and digital properties along with a very seasoned and experienced team will lend itself to even further success under the Endeavor umbrella. This is our 4th closed transaction with Scranton Gillette Communications and 3rd closed transaction with Endeavor Business Media.

Trifecta Collective has acquired TRANSACT trade show from the Electronic Transactions Association. TRANSACT is the market-leading event in the payments processing industry that is held annually in Las Vegas or Atlanta. The most recent edition, which was held April 17-19, 2024 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, featured more than 250 exhibitors and 3,000 attendees. TRANSACT offers attendees over 40 educational sessions hosted by 100+ speakers, networking opportunities and CEU credits. It’s growth over the last few years has been impressive on all levels.

Trifecta Collective acquired the International Mass Timber Conference & Trade Show from Forest Business Network. This is the leading event in the mass timber and sustainable construction industries including the fast growing segment of Cross Laminated Timber products. The 6th annual event was held April 12 – 14, 2022 in Portland, Oregon at the Oregon Convention Center. The event has been growing double digits every year since its inception, even during the pandemic years. The assets acquired also include a weekly industry newsletter and the annual Mass Timber Report.

Trifecta Collective has acquired the NATDA Trailer Show and NATDA Magazine from North American Trailer Dealers Association. The trade show and magazine are the market leading products serving the trailer industry. The NATDA Trailer Show is held annually at the Music City Center in Nashville, hosting 140,000net square feet of exhibit space.
Informa Markets has acquired three events from Premiere Show Group including: Premiere Orlando, Premiere Birminghamand Premiere Columbus. These events cover the beauty industry marketplace including: hair, nails, skin care, spa, anti-aging and cosmetics. Premiere Orlando, located annually at the Orange County Convention Center is the largest beauty trade show in the United States hosting 350,000 net square feet of exhibit space with 25,000 professional attendees and 400 educational sessions. Emerald X has acquired the EDspaces trade show & conference from Education Market Association. The Education Market Association built EDspaces over the past 25 years into a major industry trade show with more than 600 booths along with a strong conference program of 50 individual sessions. The event supports quality educational products and services that are produced and delivered by professional suppliers and dealers. This event is a great addition to the existing Emerald X portfolio of 35 design industry related events that will strengthen their presence in this growing sector.
Diversified Communications has acquired the Energy Storage North America trade show & conference from ESNA EXPO. The event covers all applications of grid-connected energy storage in North America. Scranton Gillette Communications has sold two trade publications to Wainscot Media.The publications are Imaging Technology Newsand Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiology.These publications have 75% of their revenues obtained by digital product offerings and are a great example of how to make the conversion from print to digital work successfully. The combined circulation of 70,000 subscribers and overall revenues have grown steadily over the past several years. The SGC team has done a remarkable job growing the publications to the leadership positions that they are in today.
RJ Promotions has sold three Home and Outdoor consumer shows to Nationwide Expos. The events are: (1) Iowa Home Show, (2) Iowa Flower, Lawn & Garden Show and (El Paso Spring Home Show. Renfro Productions has acquired the Cincinnati Travel, Sports & Boat Show from Hart Productions. This outdoor consumer show has been running for over 60 years. The event is held annually at the Duke Energy Convention Center in Cincinnati. The event attracts 30,000 outdoor consumer enthusiasts over the eight day period. This acquisition for Renfro Productions is a great addition to their current portfolio of outdoor consumer shows.
Informa Markets has partnered with International Sanitary Supply Associationfor its ISSA Show North America Trade Show & Conference. The ISSA North America Show is the largest show serving the cleaning and maintenance industry. This annual event will be hosted this November at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
