The addition of these events, publications and digital properties along with a very seasoned and experienced team will lend itself to even further success under the Endeavor umbrella. This is our 4th closed transaction with Scranton Gillette Communications and 3rd closed transaction with Endeavor Business Media.
Trifecta Collective has acquired TRANSACT trade show from the Electronic Transactions Association. TRANSACT is the market-leading event in the payments processing industry that is held annually in Las Vegas or Atlanta. The most recent edition, which was held April 17-19, 2024 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, featured more than 250 exhibitors and 3,000 attendees. RJ Promotions has sold three Home and Outdoor consumer shows to Nationwide Expos. The events are: (1) Iowa Home Show, (2) Iowa Flower, Lawn & Garden Show and (El Paso Spring Home Show. Caribou Media Group has acquired BLADE Show, BLADE Show West and BLADE Magazinefrom F+W Media. The BLADE Show, now in its 37th year, is the largest knife event in North America. It is held each year at the Cobb Galleria in Atlanta, draws 15,000 enthusiast attendees and sells 170,000 square feet of exhibit space to 800 exhibiting companies. The company recently launched a second annual BLADE event to be held the first time later this year in in Portland, Oregon. BLADE Magazine has 28,000 subscribers to its monthly publication, it is by far the leading publication serving the knife industry.
